I just heard this news a few minutes ago in headline news on my local channel, Maria Ozawa Miyabi from Japan, will play the comedy movie in INA (indonesia)!!!
Woww,it's a bigger controversial news i've ever heard in my country..
I can't imagine, she's gonna play what characters in that movie??
And what's the fact that movie??
It's really shock me...

@Rei13: Maria Ozawa, a.k.a. "Miyabi", is a very pretty (she's mixed with Japanese & French-Canadian) and very controversial Japanese porn star. She's controversial because, well, she stars in porn. And not the typical "softcore" stuff that Japan usually does. She stars in the hardcore stuff (fetish, bondage, rape, etc).

I know this because...I'm a casual KAT-TUN fan. (xD) KAT-TUN is a boyband on the Johnny's Entertainment label, and I loved their "Cartoon KAT-TUN" talkshow. I eventually ended up listening to their music, and reading about the members, and getting slightly obsessed with Koki Tanaka. And supposedly, Koki was dating Maria...so I was curious and decided to find out who she was.

(I somehow think she'll be more "accepted" outside of Japan, considering what she's known for. So I wouldn't be surprised if she has more roles overseas.)

You'd think porn is porn, but the that's one of the many crazy things about Japan: they have a LOT of censorship. And oddly enough, they censor porn.

People can have sex, but the genitals have to be hidden or pixelated. Maria started doing "regular", uncensored porn, which is still somewhat risque there.

(And yeah, she is really pretty, and she could be a regular model. But I guess porn is more fun and gives her more money. .__.)

BTW: It was never confirmed that she dated Koki. It was just a rumor. ^_~ (Though I wouldn't be surprised. He IS a Scorpio, after all. It doesn't even matter that Johnny's supposedly has some rule that their guys aren't allowed to date. Scorpio = high libido > Johnny's rules)

Yep, like Rei said, she's a porn star. I really think it shouldn't be a big deal, although I know it's hard for people to accept these things. I am a young woman myself, and i think a woman like her should be free to choose what she wants to do.

lol, i heard this last month actually, and yea. the story is about she as a lingerie shop owner, got kidnapped. I believe it will be a ridiculous and silly movie (judge by the plot, but i might be wrong).

There's similar controversy around the US porn star Sasha Grey doing mainstream films (Girlfriend Experience) and people are all up in arms about it b/c they can't deal with the fact that some actress they liked on screen does porn. Sexuality in the US is so messed up.

Also, Maria Ozawa sucks.
